Director Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Mr Andrew Greenwell, a Director of the
Company, has today sold 5,740 Ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of
77p each. In addition, a pension fund of which Mr Greenwell is the beneficiary
has today purchased 5,740 Ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 77p
each.

 

Following these transactions, the number of Ordinary 1p shares in the Company
which Mr Greenwell is deemed to have a beneficial interest in remains unchanged
at 169,640, representing 1.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.
