The Company received notice on 20 March 2007 in compliance with the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules that HBOS plc is interested in 5,483,147 Ordinary Shares
representing 5.34% of the issued share capital of the Company, which is
currently 102,651,776 Ordinary Shares.

The shares are registered in the name of:
