Notifiable Interests

The Company received notice on 15 March 2007 in compliance with the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules that Schroders plc is interested in 14,031,591 Ordinary
Shares representing 13.67% of the issued share capital of the Company, which is
currently 102,651,776 Ordinary Shares.

The shares are registered in the name of:

The Company was also notified by UBS AG on 13 March 2007 in compliance with the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules that UBS Global Asset Management -
Traditional is interested 5,902,035 Ordinary Shares representing 5.75% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

These shares are held by proxy on behalf of a number of asset management
clients.

This disclosure was made by UBS AG to fulfil the following FSA requirement:

"The Transparency Directive states that where a major shareholder has not been
required (because of an acquisition or disposal of voting rights or due to a
change in the total of voting rights in issue) to make an announcement to the
issuer prior to the 20thMarch 2007, then we must do so by that date in any
event.".
