Notifiable Interests

Further to the Company's recent announcement of a decrease in its issued share
capital to 86,830,192 Ordinary Shares, the Company received notice on 16
December 2008 in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules from
C.C.M Barbour and P.F Barbour confirming the following:

C.C.M Barbour and P.F Barbour are collectively interested in a total of
6,865,327 Ordinary Shares which represents 7.91% of the issued share capital of
the Company.

C.C.M Barbour holds 4,734,531 of the voting rights of these Ordinary Shares.
Both C.C.M Barbour and P.F Barbour are interested in 2,130,796 Ordinary Shares
however neither have any voting rights in these shares.
