the following notifications on 26 November 2008 in compliance with the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Schroders plc

Schroders plc is interested in 15,206,591 Ordinary Shares representing 17.59%
of the issued share capital of the Company.

Schroder Investment Management Limited is interested in 14,435,303 of the
voting rights of these Ordinary Shares representing 16.62% of the issued share
capital of the Company. The shares are held in portfolios managed on a
discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.

BlackRock, Inc.

Blackrock, Inc. is interested in a total of 3,502,080 Ordinary Shares
representing 4.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

BlackRock Global Funds (formerly Merrill Lynch International Investment Funds)
is interested in 1,124,134 of the voting rights of these Ordinary Shares
representing 1.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
