Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

In accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) and (b) the Company announces that on 6
December 2007 its Chairman, Martyn Ratcliffe, acquired 175,000 Ordinary Shares
in the Company representing 0.17% of the issued class, at the following price:

100,000 at 46.5 pence

75,000 at 48 pence

Following this transaction, Mr Ratcliffe's total beneficial shareholding is
5,194,524 shares, representing 5.05% of the issued class.
