Amendment to Notifiable Interests

The Company wishes to state that the previous announcement referred incorrectly
to Eagle Investment Trust plc.

The Company was notified by Eaglet Investment Trust plc on the 14th July 2004
that under Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that it was interested
in 3,039,864 Ordinary Shares representing 3.5% of the issued share capital.
