POTENTIAL SHARE ISSUE

Following the Board's decision to change the Company's investment manager the
Board is considering, subject to market conditions, proposals to enlarge the
Company through a secondary issue of ordinary shares and an issue of
subscription shares to current shareholders and new investors. A further
announcement will be made in due course.
