Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 3rd October 2014, Arsenal Holdings plc (the "Company") received notification
that on 2nd October 2014, KSE UK Inc, wholly owned by Stanley Kroenke, a
director of the Company, acquired 7 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the
Company at a price of £14,500 per share and also 36 ordinary shares of £1.00
each in the Company at a price of £15,000 per share.

Taking into account such acquisition, KSE UK Inc, wholly owned by Stanley
Kroenke, has a beneficial interest in, and controls voting rights over, 41,639
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 66.92% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares.
