Director shareholding

 

On 24th December 2008, Arsenal Holdings Plc (the "Company") received
notification that on 23rd December 2008 Stan Kroenke, a Director of the
Company, acquired thirteen (13) ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company at
a price of £7,750 per share.  

As a result of the acquisition, Stan Kroenke has a beneficial interest in,
and controls voting rights over, 7,714 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 12.40% of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
