The Company announces that with effect from 11 September 2015, David Warr, a Director of the Company, has announced his retirement from the board of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited, a company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

This disclosure is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R.

Mr Warr has also announced his appointment as an non-executive Director of Advance Frontier Markets Fund Limited, a company listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 9 September 2015.

This disclosure is pursuant to the AIM Rules.
