Company) was informed on 4 May 2012 of the following transaction undertaken by
a Director of the Company:

On 4 May 2012, Professor Paul Marsh (Chairman) purchased 8,000 Ordinary Shares
at 635.08p. The resultant total interest of Professor Marsh now stands at
33,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.034% of the 96,058,792 Ordinary Shares
in issue.
