Notification of Interim Results for the Six Months to 31 August 2005

Z Group Plc ('Z Group' or the 'Group'), the internet marketing technologies
company announces that Interim Results will be announced on Monday 21 November
2005.

This will be the Group's first set of results since joining AIM last June.
