Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 6 August 2019 it purchased for cancellation 7,259 Ordinary Shares of £0.25 each at a price of £19.00 per share.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 7,729,404. There are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.

 

In addition, the announcement in relation to the purchase of ordinary shares for cancellation that occurred on 12 July 2019 is currently missing from the Company's record.  The announcement would have been as follows:

 

"The Company announces that on 12 July 2019 it purchased for cancellation 6,641 Ordinary Shares of £0.25 each at a price of £19.25 per share.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 7,813,833. There are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company."
