Hardman Talks Video Event | Pantheon International

Management Presentation and Q&A

We are delighted to announce Helen Steers, Partner and Manager of PIN, is joining Hardman & Co for an open forum discussion about the role of private equity, and PIN, in financing entrepreneurship, innovation and growth on Hardman Talks at 2:00pm on Wednesday 4 May 2022.

We will be discussing why private equity increasingly has become the preferred financier for growth companies, which are choosing to stay private for longer or may never go public at all. PE-backed companies are investing in tech-enabled businesses and companies benefiting from digitalisation disruption across multiple sectors, with many niche sub-sectors underrepresented or zero-represented on public markets. We will consider how private equity works in practice, its impact on society and the investment opportunities these trends are creating.

The webinar is being hosted by Hardman & Co and investors can register to attend via this link: https://hardman-co.com/p/49CL-LUF/join-our-webinar

This webinar represents a key communication channel for investors to keep up to date with the company's strategy and progress. All investors, whether existing shareholders or not, are invited to watch the presentation and take part in the Q&A session afterwards. There is no charge for attending. Investors are encouraged to submit their questions when registering or during the event. A recording of the webinar will be available on the Hardman & Co website shortly after the event for those cannot attend the live presentation.
