                Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Today, 13 September 2007, each of Stephen Goodyear, Peter Whitehead, Patrick
Dardis and Roy Summers, all of whom are directors of the Company, transferred
1,000 'A' ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company for no consideration. These
shares were held by these individuals as trustee and were transferred to the
relevant beneficiary. The transfers made by Peter Whitehead and Patrick Dardis
were to Torquil Sligo-Young, a fellow director of the Company.
