Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

David Page, a non-executive director of the Company has bought 3,278 A shares from Patrick Dardis, the Company’s retail director. The shares were bought at 610p per share.

The transaction took place, and was notified to the Company, today.

In this notification, reference to an “A share” is to an A share of 12.5p in the Company’s capital.
