Appointment of Nicholas Bryan as a Non-Executive Director

The Board of Young's is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Martin
Bryan as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Nick, aged 53, is currently Chief Executive and co-founder of Innserve Ltd,
which he formed in 2004 and now employs 500 people and has a turnover of c.£50m.
He has a wealth of relevant expertise in the hospitality, property and brewing
sectors, gained through various positions within Courage, including Managing
Director of Courage UK (1992-95) and Non-Executive Director of Inntrepreneur
(1991-1994), a company that he helped to form during his period at Courage.
Whilst at Courage he was also a Non Executive Director of Taunton Cider
(1989-1991).

More recently he was Partner at BDT Capital Partners (2002-2003) and was a
Member of the Management Committee at the private equity group Investcorp
(1995-2001). During this time Nick held Chairman and Non Executive Director
roles at various Investcorp companies including Welcome Break (1997-2001) and
Gucci (1995-1996). Nick began his career in finance, and is a chartered
accountant.

Commenting on the appointment John Young, Chairman, said:
