Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the “Company”)

Notification pursuant to AIM Rule 17

Circumstances giving rise to the notification

As notified on 6 March 2015, Torquil Sligo-Young (“Torquil”), a director, and his step-mother, Helena Young (“Helena”), were granted probate on 13 February 2015 in respect of the estate of Thomas Young (“Thomas”).

Thomas was the joint registered holder of 60,640 A shares of 12.5p each and 56,796 non-voting shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The other joint holder was John Anthony Goldsmith (“John”). John and Thomas held these shares as trustees.

Having made enquiries, it has now been established that John predeceased Thomas. As such:

● Thomas was the last surviving joint holder of these shares; and

● by virtue of the grant of probate referred to above and article 18(A) of the Company’s articles of association, Torquil and Helena, as legal personal representatives of Thomas, are the only people whom the Company will recognise as being entitled to these shares.

Torquil has today notified the Company of the above.
