Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules
Today, Friday, 21 November 2014, the Company was notified by Torquil
Sligo-Young, one of the Company’s directors, that his wife had sold
12,000 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The sale was at
1030p per share and took place today.
