Unisys Offers $300 Million of 6 7/8% Senior Notes 

    BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 2003--

Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) said today that it has offered $300
million of 6 7/8% senior notes due March 15, 2010. The notes were
offered to the public at 99.319% to yield 7%. The company plans to use
the proceeds for general corporate purposes. Salomon Smith Barney Inc.
and Banc of America Securities LLC are joint book-running managers of
the offering.
