Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) has been informed that Virginia Kamsky, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 5,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company (“Shares”) on 8 February 2013 by means of the purchase of 1,250 American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the New York Stock Exchange at a price of 798.55 pence per share (being the equivalent of US$50.50 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.5810). Ms Kamsky had not previously held any shares in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
