The Board of Coms plc, a provider of internet telephony services to business customers, announces that, on 7 August 2009, a circular has been posted to shareholders and a copy of the circular is available from the Company’s website, www.coms.com.

The annual general meeting of the Company has been convened and will be held at the offices of Coms plc, 46 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6JJ, UK at 09:00 on 3 September 2009.
