2010 Third Quarter Conference Call and Web cast

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay, April 13, 2010. Orosur Mining Inc. Exploration Inc. ("OMI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OMI) (LSE: OMI) announces that it will hold its fiscal 2010 third quarter and nine months earnings and investor update conference call and on Thursday, April 15 at 11:00 Eastern Time, 16:00 UK time.

Orosur Mining CEO David Fowler and CFO Ignacio Salazar will brief investors on the earnings, operating results and recent developments, and answer questions from call participants. Web cast participants may submit questions in advance by email at [e-mail]

The earnings release for the third quarter and 9 months ended February 28, 2010 will be issued on Thursday April 15, 2010 at 7:00 AM UK time.
