The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on
7 January 2008 of 174,978 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 November
2007.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities.
