Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc
                  

The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on
17 March 2008 of 1,329,044 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 November
2007.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities and dealings are expected to commence on 18 March 2008.

The Company now has 5,066,400 Ordinary Shares in issue.

The Offer is expected to remain open until 4 April 2008 unless previously
extended or fully subscribed earlier.
