The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc ('the Company') are pleased to announce
an allotment on 30 April 2008 of 425,105 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on
2 November 2007.

The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities and dealings are expected to commence on 2 May 2008.

The Company now has 15,279,889 Ordinary Shares in Issue.

The Offer has been further extended from 30 April 2008 to 16 May 2008 unless
previously extended or fully subscribed earlier.
