                               Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
notifies the market of the following:

Next Fifteen's capital consists of 54,148,966 ordinary shares of 2.5p each
("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury;
therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 54,148,966.

The above figure (54,148,966) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Next Fifteen under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
