In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Next Fifteen Communications Group Plc's capital consists of 53,271,896 ordinary
shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary
Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Next Fifteen Communications
Group Plc is 53,271,896.

The above figure (53,271,896 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Next
Fifteen Communications Group Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
