On 1 August 2006, the following purchases of Ordinary Shares of 2.5pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made by directors:

William Whitehorn: 42,000 Ordinary Shares purchased at 55.5p per share taking
his beneficial entitlement to 673,126 representing 1.29% of the issued share
capital.

Tim Dyson: 35,700 Ordinary Shares purchased at 55.5p per share taking his
beneficial entitlement to 5,781,004 representing 11.09% of the issued share
capital.

Brendan Magee: 20,000 Ordinary Shares purchased at 55.5p per share taking his
beneficial entitlement to 522,900 representing 1.00% of the issued share capital
(which includes 37,560 shares held by his wife, Hilary Magee and 156,000 shares
held through Levitt Tomkins Limited and 38,000 shares held through BFS Nominees
Limited).
