In connection with a top up subscription of up to 574,000 ordinary 10p
shares dated 12th April 2011, the Company announces an
allotment of 167,166 shares at 44.19p per share, being at a 2.5% premium
to the closing net asset value per share on the 19th March,
2012. Following this allotment, the top up offer has closed and the
company will have 6,319,550 shares in issue.
