In connection with a top up subscription of up to 574,000 ordinary 10p shares dated 12^th April, 2012, the Company announces an allotment of 406,834 shares at 49.16p per share, being at a 2.5% premium to the closing net asset value per share on the 11^th April, 2011. The shares have been subscribed by Michael Barnard (Director) bringing his total holding to 606,854 shares or 9.86% of the enlarged ordinary share capital. Following this allotment, the Company will have 6,152,384 shares in issue.
