In the tender offer which closed on the 17^th February 2017, the buyback price was 80.422p per share, being a 5% discount to the net asset value per share. Shares tendered for the basic 10% offer were accepted in full. Shareholders who tendered shares for the excess offer, sold approximately 7.8% of the shares tendered for that offer.
