In Connection with a top up offer for subscription of 130,000, the company issued on the 30^th March, 2016, 100,000 new ordinary 10p shares at a price of 80p, being 1% above the net asset value per share, based on closing mid prices on the 29^th March 2016. Dealings are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on the 4th April 2016.
