In connection with a top up offer for subscription of 200,000 shares,
dated February, 2011, the Company announces an allotment of 130,272
shares at 61.41p. Within this allotment, Ian Cameron-Mowat ( Director)
subscribed for 24,426 shares which takes his total holding to 111,549
shares.
Following the allotment, the Company will have 10,697,435 shares in issue
