The Company announces that in connection with a top up offer for subscription,
it allotted on the 13th May, 2008, 174,550 ordinary 10p shares at 116.5p per
share.

Following this announcement, the issued share capital of the company is
9,086,499 ordinary shares, each with voting rights.

The top up offer will remain open until 30th June, 2008 unless fully subscribed
prior to that date.
