Regarding the tender issue announced in April, all the shares tendered
at 58.67p have now been delivered and placed in treasury. The number of
shares in issue, excluding treasury shares is now 10,016,292.
Michael Barnard (director) sold 127,888 shares in the tender issue and
his holding is now 2,615,008, equivalent to 26.1% of the issued share
capital, excluding treasury shares.
