AGM Statement

NEW CENTURY AIM VCT PLC
                  

At the AGM of New Century AIM VCT plc, all resolutions were passed as at 31
August 2007.

Since the year end, net profits of £1.62 million have been realised. Qualifying
investments at current values now represent 70.7% of the total value of the
fund. The net asset value per share is currently 145.5p.
