KEYDATA INCOME VCT 1 PLC

Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Keydata Income VCT 1 plc has today declared an interim dividend in
respect of the period ending 28 February 2006 of 0.33p per ordinary share. The
dividend will have a record date of 24 March 2006 and will be paid on 23 May
2006 to shareholders on the register on the record date.

NAV Announcement

The Board also announced that the net asset value per ordinary share as at 28
February 2006 was 95.33 pence.
