Further to yesterday's announcement, copies of the resolutions passed at the
Informa and Taylor & Francis extraordinary general meetings have been submitted
for publication to and will be available for inspection by the public at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (tel.
no. [phone]) during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays,
Sundays and public holidays excepted) until completion of the merger of Taylor &
Francis with Informa by means of a scheme of arrangement.
