Correction Purchase of shares for cancellation

Further to the announcement made on 2 October 2015, please see below correction announcement, the original announcement was released with a date of 14 August 2015 in error. All other details in the announcement were correct.

Hargreave Hale AIM VCT1 plc announces that the company purchased 43,000 Ordinary shares on 2 October 2015 at a price of 71.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares,Â 48,109,281 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue.
