“Following the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as administrators of Keydata Investment Services, the Directors would advise that the assets and business of Keydata Aim VCT Plc, which is an independent fully listed public company, are ring fenced from the activities of Keydata Investment Services and as such, will in no way be affected by this development.

The investment, management and custody of the Company’s assets is and continues to be undertaken by Hargreave Hale Limited and is unaffected by these developments. Hargreave Hale Limited is FSA registered and is not connected in any other way with the Keydata Group.”
