Keydata AIM VCT plc (the ‘Company’) has pleasure in announcing the results of the tender offer issued on 9 April 2009 under which the Company invited offers from shareholders for the Company to purchase up to 8,000,000 million of its ordinary shares at a tender price of 52p per share (the ‘Tender Offer’).

Applications were received to tender 5,076,447 ordinary shares by the deadline of 11.00 a.m. on 30 April 2009. As a result, subject to the passing of a special resolution to be proposed at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 19 May 2009, all of these shares will be acquired by the Company.

It is intended that the purchase by the Company of the shares to be acquired under the Tender Offer, and the despatch of consideration to the relevant shareholders, will be completed by 29 May 2009.
