Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc was as follows:

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p - 64.26 pence.

83,668 ordinary shares were bought back for cancellation on the 28 October 2009 at a cost of £45,843. As at 30 October 2009, there were 26,650,298 ordinary shares of 1p in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares).
