As at close of business on 31 October 2008, the unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV)
for

Keydata AIM VCT plc was as follows:
NAV per Ordinary share of 1p 60.66 pence.

No ordinary shares were bought back for cancellation during the month. As at 31
October 2008, there were 32,287,796 ordinary shares of 1p in issue. This
includes 21,959,891 new ordinary shares issued on 8 October 2008 on the
conversion of C ordinary shares into new ordinary shares.
