As at close of business on 30 June 2008, the unaudited Net Asset Values (NAV)
for Keydata AIM VCT plc were as follows:

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p   85.61 pence.
NAV per C ordinary share of 5p 88.89 pence

During June 2008, 347,745 ordinary shares of 1p were bought back for
cancellation at a cost of £292,022. Following cancellation, there were
11,436,472 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.

During June 2008, no C ordinary shares of 5p were bought back for cancellation.
The number of C ordinary shares in issue is unchanged at 17,719,270.
