As at close of business on 30 May 2008, the unaudited Net Asset Values (NAV) for

Keydata AIM VCT plc were as follows:

NAV per C ordinary share of 5p    92.08 pence

During May 2008, 302,362 ordinary shares of 1p were bought back for cancellation
at a cost of £249,446. Following cancellation, there were 11,784,217 ordinary
shares of 1p in issue.

During May 2008, 450 C ordinary shares of 5p were bought back for cancellation
at a cost of £371. Following cancellation, there were 17,719,270 C ordinary
shares of 5p in issue.
