840,317 ordinary shares were bought back for cancellation during the month at a
cost of £587,652. No C ordinary shares were bought back for cancellation during
the month. As at 30 September 2008, there were 10,327,905 ordinary shares of 1p
and 17,719,270 C ordinary shares of 5p in issue.
