(NAV) for

NAV per C ordinary share of 5p    91.55 pence

During February 2007, 456,180 ordinary shares of 1p were bought back for
cancellation at a cost of £370,903. Following cancellation, there were
13,174,031 ordinary shares of 1p in issue.

During February 2007, 209,000 C ordinary shares of 5p were bought back for
cancellation at a cost of £167,407. Following cancellation, there were
17,719,720 C ordinary shares of 5p in issue.
