NAV and share buyback announcement

As at close of business on 30 April 2008, the unaudited Net Asset Values (NAV)
for

Keydata AIM VCT plc were as follows:

NAV per Ordinary share of 1p       91.51 pence.
NAV per C ordinary share of 5p     91.25 pence

During April 2008, 452,950 ordinary shares of 1p were bought back for
cancellation at a cost of £364,009. Following cancellation, there were
12,086,579 ordinary shares of 1p in issue. The number of C ordinary shares in
issue was unchanged at 17,719,720.

Interim dividend record date correction

The interim results announcement released on 30 April 2008 incorrectly reported
that the record date was 9 June 2008 for payment of interim dividends on both
Ordinary and C ordinary shares. The correct record date is 6 June 2008. The
dividend payment date for both share classes is unchanged at 23 June 2008.
